Business Development Manager – Microsoft re-seller

The Business Development Manager will generate new client sales for a rapidly expanding Microsoft Gold partner looking to develop its presence in the UK and nurture the existing accounts already in place. My client is looking for a new business hunter with Microsoft experience who wants to progress within a dynamic company.  

What you'll do:

  • Identify new business opportunities in your territory
  • Manage all leads & activity via CRM system
  • Generate and deliver sales activities in line with targets
  • Build relationships with customers and explore further opportunities maximising sales opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of sales process from start to finish including negotiation process
  • Prepare and present clients proposals
  • Assist with product development and improvement activity
  • Develop an in depth understanding of systems
  • Keep up to date with everything going on in the market 

You'll definitely:

  • Strong IT sales experience – in particular cloud
  • 5 years minimum sales experience
  • Be comfortable with travelling nationally
  • Have experience of presenting to Senior/Executive level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK drivers licence
