Job Description:

I am currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Officer to working alongside the customer service manager of an aerospace client based in Yeovil. The role is a full time position on a contract until the end of 2020.

Location: Yeovil

Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hrs per week

Contract length: End of 2020 with potential extension

Hourly rate: £14.68 ph

The role of the customer support officer will include:

  • To become the interface for all customer related operational and support matters

  • To support the delivery of material and services within contractual guidelines and agreed client SLAs.
  • To maintain services within customer operations
  • Able to work proactively to meet and manage customer needs and requirements
  • Ensuring engagement with resources across a number of business areas, including customer support, training and supply chain. Specifically looking at cost, quality & delivery schedules.

The successful customer support officer will require:

  • Excellent administration experience
  • A positive attitude within extensive drive and motivation
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of customers both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
