Position: Portfolio Manager

Location: Stockport

Package: £18k - £20k Basic depending upon experience, £25k - £27k OTE

The Role: An exceptional, one off opportunity for a driven letting professional to join a thriving independent agent based in Stockport as a Portfolio Manager. This is an incredibly exciting and diverse role which will see the successful candidate take on a portfolio of managed units, dealing with everything from property management to lettings valuations, relets and viewings. You will be tasked with growing your own portfolio and will be paid commission based on new units you bring on as well as relet properties. My clients have an enviable reputation in the local market and are therefore looking for a top-quality lettings candidate to join them. This is a one-off opportunity not to be missed!  

Requirements:

• Previous experience workings as a property manager or lettings negotiator.
• Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
• ARLA Qualifications advantageous.
• Understanding of Property Management and lettings Legislation
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.
