Your role:

• Find an effective way to generate new business opportunities and leads – finding and uncovering new opportunities utilizing market knowledge and strong candidate relationships
• Ensure the timely successful delivery of contractors according to the client’s needs and objectives.
• Develop a professional network of contacts that you can rely on to fill vacancies for clients and maintain and reliable candidate profile.
• Clearly communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and grow opportunities within market sector.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to maximize up and cross selling of services.
• Operate as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts and candidates

The skills we need

Latest experience has to be from Agency recruitment only - 360 recruiter

• 2+ years within recruitment (CONTRACT) – AGENCY ONLY
• Experience within the Electronics market – Contract or perm
• European recruitment experience (advantageous)
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
• Be persuasive, persistent and patient
• Be able to cope with pressure
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Sales experience
• Technically minded
• Have previous experience within lead generation from a recruitment standpoint
• To be self-motivated, driven by achieving targets
