Job Description:

- Work closely with shop managers and the wider sales team to plan marketing activity effectively according to the retail marketing strategy
- Execute local and regional marketing campaigns and activity across offline and digital channels
- Report success of local / regional marketing activities and make recommendations based on conclusions
- Build strong working relationships with the regional sales manager and shop managers and meet on a regular basis to review shop marketing plans
- Explore new opportunities to market the retail shops locally and evaluate the commercial value of potential marketing activity
- Ensure the Travelbag retail shop experience is consistently on brand and the retail window displays are up to date and driving demand
- Organise and attend local / regional consumer facing events
- Engage shop staff in retail marketing and running internal communications programmes to ensure positive communication
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing PR, external media advertising and direct mail activity

Skills required:

- Previous experience in B2C marketing across online and offline channels, preferably in a retail business
- Experience in executing and reporting on cross-channel marketing campaigns with a clear view on KPIs and what success looks like
- Experience in organising and managing events or experiential activity
- Confident briefing artwork to graphic designers, with a good eye for design. Basic Adobe After Effects skills would be advantage
- Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business
- Performance focused with excellent analytical skills and comfortable with working in a data-driven environment
- Experience working in a retail or customer facing environment would be an advantage
- A passion for travel and preferably experience working in the travel industry
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions within and beyond marketing
- Excellent attention to detail and superb organisational skills
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and able to prioritise workload
- Able to deliver in a fast paced environment
- Team player who can see how retail marketing operates within a broader marketing strategy
