We have an exciting role for a creative individual who enjoys testing new campaigns. This mental health organisation is now looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join them to support with their supporter communications, with a focus on digital fundraising.

This role will line manage a small team of two people and will lead on the individual giving strategy, the role will also oversee the website and comms.  It’s a great opportunity as it’s so important to get exposure to both of these areas in your IG career. You will also work across in-memory giving, meaning that you get plenty of variety and the opportunity to be really creative in the role.

You will have:

• Experience of working in direct marketing with good experience of using digital channels to acquire new donors
• A creative approach with experience of testing new campaigns
• Some line management experience
• An enthusiastic, positive and determined personality

Salary: £31,000 - £33,000
