1 Stop Healthcare are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join the dedicated team of staff.

we are currently recruiting on a permanent basis for the management of a person-centered neurorehabilitation service for adults with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or a progressive neurological condition (PNC).

This home provides a step-down service that offers support for individuals who have had their initial post-acute rehabilitation in hospital services. For individuals with a PNC, we offer a flexible and responsive approach to their care. We celebrate and support what they are able to do, when they are able to do so, whilst preparing for ways they can continue to excel as their condition progresses.

• Commitment to delivering high quality care
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
• Fine tuned decision making skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
