This position will see you join our client’s Enterprise Technical Support Team.
You will be responsible for using your IT troubleshooting skills to support customer’s technical challenges with their market leading products, but also helping resolve IT infrastructure based issues across the customer’s own environment.
You will constantly face new challenges on a daily basis as you will work with a variety of customers and different technical cases. This will allow you to push and grow your technical knowledge to the max!
