I am currently recruiting a dynamic and confident customer service advisor to support a global automotive company based in the Farnborough area. The role is a contract until June 2021, and they would be looking for candidates on a full time basis.

Location: Farnborough

Contract Length: Until June 2021

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs

Rate: £10.36- £12.96ph (depending on experience)

The role of the Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Provide Purchase prices for non-Contract Hire vehicles to customers
  • Contract Termination and invoicing of vehicle sold to driver on receipt of payment for customer specific contract types
  • Ensure vehicles are terminated and invoiced from Fleetware in a timely manner in line with Kpi's.
  • Provide valuations on ad hoc basis for contract types detailed and customer owned vehicles upon request from other departments for Fleet Managed Vehicles / Finance Lease Vehicles.
  • Terminate and Dispose of vehicles through the 1 Link disposal network platform
  • Processing of external supplier invoices
  • Resolve queries that may result from termination process and ensure all information sent to the customer is correct, consistent and fair.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will require:

  • Educated to GCSE Level C or above in Maths and English
  • Proficient with IT including Microsoft Office
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Understanding or interest in vehicles
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Organised
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
