THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES MANAGER:

Taking on the role of customer service sales manager, you will be wholly responsible for the sales office operation within the site, managing a small team comprised of a number of customer service agents and administrators.

As the business is moving forward and investing in new technology (such as automated ordering), change is needed (which you will oversee) within the way the customer service team works and operates from being purely reactive, to taking on a more proactive, customer and sales focused approach.

With a huge customer database out there, the need for more effective account management and being able to grow sales without the need for a field sales executive to visit has increased, and, working with the team, you will help to create customer focused sales campaigns (promotions, new product launches, marketing etc..) to achieve growth.

This is a role where you are managing what is in place currently, but working closely with the Managing Director, transitioning the team to a more proactive and sales focused environment.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES MANAGER:

As an individual, you will ideally have had similar experience of managing a sales office / customer service operation and be able to prove how you’ve had a positive impact on businesses you’ve worked for previously.

You should also be confident in your own ability and experience to be able to suggest changes and see through their implementation.
