Recruitment Resourcer - Engineering at Stirling Warrington

This role is in Loughborough but subject to change in the future. You need to drive.

You need to be outgoing, conscientious, have an eye for an opportunity and be able to come up with ideas to help us find and place more great candidates into their perfect roles.

The role will be speaking with candidates in the area about them, their wants and needs, their skills and matching them with vacancies. You’ll work closely with a Client facing consultant to place the best candidates in the best jobs. You’ll be process driven, conscientious and a people person, this role is predominantly making outbound calls to candidates on our database (c.50 dials a day). You’ll need good IT skills too, we have a state of the art CRM system which you’ll receive in depth training on. You’ll need to have a passion for development, be able to spot an opportunity and be naturally inquisitive! Competitive people who thrive on doing a great job work best here!

Day to day duties: Interviewing Candidates to gain a full understanding of them, their current role and business. Researching businesses within the East midlands, updating our CRM system, writing creative job adverts, social media management, sourcing new candidates through Job Boards, Referrals, Networking
