Position Overview

This position will see you join our client’s Enterprise Technical Support Team.

You will be responsible for using your IT troubleshooting skills to support customer’s technical queries around their market leading products, but also helping resolve IT infrastructure based issues across the customer’s environment. This is also the opportunity for someone that has a passion about working in the IT industry to gain training from a market leader.

You will constantly face new challenges on a daily basis as you will work with a variety of customers and different technical cases. This will allow you to push and grow your technical knowledge to the max!

What We Are Looking For!  

  • Fluent in both the English and German Language
  • Experience working in a Technical Support, Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer based role, where you have gained strong IT troubleshooting skills.
  • If you are a junior candidate and you are wanting to take your first step into IT then this could be the opportunity for you to work for the number 1 security global vendor.
  • Can demonstrate strong prioritisation skills, being able to work on multiple technical cases at any one time.
  • Has experience working across either one of the following: Windows Server or Linux/Unix environments.
  • Has experience and knowledge of Networking Protocols, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience or knowledge of any Security based product such as Firewalls, Routers and Switches would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrates the desire to learn and develop your technical skills and constantly be challenged on a daily basis.
