Senior Development Manager

Austin Fraser has the pleasure of appointing a hands-on leader to work with an industry leader based in Farnborough.

The end client is sizable in headcount and are assembling the best full-stack Java AWS developers to work on a greenfield business-critical system.

You will be a technical leader and a driver of a team of 30 – 50 engineers covering multiple domains

In this role, you will not only be responsible for the development of this greenfield project but Manage a roadmap and ensure delivery working with a support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be at the forefront of some challenging yet rewarding development/design work.

Managing a team of highly skilled software developers you will be familiar with the following tech stack;

– Programming languages like OO and Functional e.g Java

– Cloud technologies (AWS / GCP)

– Big Data Tech Stack – Spark ect

– Architectural styles (Microservices)
