You must be hard working, motivated, and have the ability to build great relationships with your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

* Office 365 Admin
* Sharepoint Management
* Active Directory Management and Exchange Management
* Salesforce ticket handling and delegating to appropriate team
* Ticket reporting and closing
* Azure security policies as well as exchange policies to keep the company safe!
* Azure protection portal and Exchange management
* Cloud-call telephony management and coordination
* Phishing Campaigns
* MDM and Patch Management Tools
* Asset inventory of all tech within the company
* VPN monitoring
