Job Description:

dh Commercial have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to secure permanent part time work for a well-established company in Crawley, West Sussex.

Job Specification:

  • 24 hours per week across Monday to Friday (flexible with days & times of work - to be discussed on interview)
  • To actively progress and update the internal CRM tool
  • Assist with tender work by putting in follow up calls and emails to potential clientele
  • Timely progression of Pre-Quals, RAMS and O & M manuals via use of client and company templates with in house support
  • To implement and progress the company's site purchases by use of telephone and email communication along with the use of the purchase order system
  • Assistance where required with the company's purchase ledger
  • General day to day administration duties as and when required 

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant administration experience
  • Previous purchasing experience
  • Previous Construction related administration experience desired but not essential
