Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst / Technical Support Engineer to join our client, supporting customers in the financial services sector.

This role will offer progression to 2nd and 3rd line including the opportunity to travel to clients offices in Kent and London.

You should ideally have experience in some or all of the following;

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • VMware/ Citrix

This is a hands on technical support role, you'll be involved in resolving technical issues NOT just logging calls. This opportunity would suit someone with a genuine interest in IT who has strong trouble shooting skills.

A salary of up to £22k is being offered, along with a bonus of approx. £1k.
