Full-time (36 hours per week) Registered Provider Liaison Lead Officer  contract to start on 27-07-20 until 31-12-20 with a possible extension.

Promote and develop effective dialogue and relationships with all partner organisations delivering, owning, managing and maintaining affordable housing in Kensington and Chelsea. Be responsible for collecting data and management information, ensuring validation processes are sound and systems maintained to ensure accurate and up to date information is available. Use business reports and quality assurance systems proactively to manage performance, opportunities, deficiencies or risks. Develop effective professional relationships across other workplace service areas to promote effective resident services and discharge of legal duties including but not limited to Environmental Health, Planning, Social Investments, Children and Adult Services, Public Health, and Benefits and Revenues. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the job role.
