THE COMPANY: 

A growing supplier of motor parts, accessories and consumables are growing in the Milton Keynes area. Building on an already successful online area of the business, this organisation are now looking for a full time e-commerce parts advisor

THE ROLE OF AN E-COMMERCE PARTS ADVISOR:

As an e-commerce parts advisor you will be getting involved in the online area of the business and managing it from end to end.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the E-Bay Shop from end to end
• Listing items through online platforms and the website
• Fulfilling orders and working with the warehouse team to ensure they are picked and packed quickly
• Answering queries over the phone and via email

This is a small but growing business that has the right plans for the right individual, giving you a defined path of progression as the business grows.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR AN E-COMMERCE PARTS ADVISOR:

Although coming from a direct parts advising background or similar within a motor factor or dealership environment would be fantastic, this organisation are also keen to build for the future and so if you don’t have parts advisor experience, it doesn’t matter! As long as you have an interest in automotive or cars in general, you are welcome to apply!

You are expected to be self-sufficient and as such a level of IT literacy is required. Having knowledge or having experience of online sales would hold you at a distinct advantage!
