Are you a Property Manager looking for a 5 day a week role for a company that allows autonomy and growth? Our client is a rapidly growing estates management company based in Manchester City Centre and they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manger to support the business and portfolio. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly professional, customer focused Property Manager, to join a well-established estate agent based in Manchester.

They are looking for someone who can mirror their passion about providing an exceptional level of service to support their growing client base.

Main responsibilities:

As part of the property management team, you will be working within a busy lettings office, your duties will include:

  • Produce timely and accurate reporting
  • Ensure all regulatory reporting and accounting is adhered to
  • Processing of all payments both internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deal with routine inspection reports and maintenance issues
  • Dealing with Landlord & Tenant enquiries
  • Monitor rent payments & chase areas
  • Managing move, outs, move ins, referencing and deposits
  • Fully manage a portfolio of properties
  • Liaise with landlord and tenants
  • Deal with all tenant and landlord problems and requirements
  • Produce rental agreements and renewals
  • Obtain references
  • Carry out property inspections
  • Arranging maintenance, updating landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Negotiate costs
  • Take payments and chase unpaid rents
  • Work to daily and weekly targets
  • Complaints handling

The candidate:

  • Experience of managing portfolios of property
  • Currently in a property management/Lettings role
  • Well presented
  • Confident and professional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and customer focused
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ideally be able to drive and have own transport
