Job Description:

Sales assistant required for market leading company with 25 year history and a turnover of £10m per year - with clients in 30 countries and offices in 5 countries

We're looking for a Sales assistant to manage growing demand for our solution, join a motivated and talented sales team in a successful, quickly expanding business with exciting products.


You’ll need to be:

  • Ambitious. You want to get your hands dirty on the ground and help drive a hugely successful product to market



The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Required to work to a KPI and used to making over 100 calls a day
  • Appointment setting, working closely with the Field Sales teams
  • Liaising with the Service Delivery and Field Sales teams to ensure high quality customer service
  • Effectively managing diary systems
  • Completing and managing sales CRM pipeline using salesforce
  • Cultivate, manage and track a high volume of sales opportunities
  • Contribute to delivery of the team and sales targets


  • 1 year experience in a sales related role
  • As this is a telesales role, you must be confident on the phone and  in booking appointments for other team members
  • Experience in delivering the high levels of customer service
  • Ability to quickly build customer relationships
  • Be enthusiastic and engaging in conversation with confidence to building relationships and overcoming objections
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
