Job Description:

The client; is a growing airline retail provider  

The role: Design, develop and coordinate crew sales training and engagement solutions for various airlines, Ensuring ROI. Supervising 2 Crew Coordinators. Supporting achievement of revenue targets. Duties include;

  • Managerial; manage 2 staff members, crew engagement strategy planning, budgeting and expense control, and management reports
  • Organisational; design, write and deliver crew sales and engagement programme, assist in the development of crew engagement communications (via roadshows, social media etc)
  • Design, implement and manage crew incentives and sales targets, assist with social media strategy
  • Relationship building
  • Some travel to Gatwick / Heathrow to meet / train Crew. There may be further locations to travel as the company grows

We are looking for someone who has these existing skills:

  • Proven retail sales or crew staff training experience
  • Experience of design and training delivery
  • Strong rapport and influencing skills
  • Driving License.
  • Staff supervision experience
