Job Description:
Profectus have 2 brand new positions released to us for Sales Executives for a growing IT Infrastructure provider in Reading.
Our client is looking to build a high-performing sales team who are comfortable speaking to C Level executives to understand their needs and sell the company’s offerings. The role is phone based with the aim of arranging a meeting with them to discuss their cloud-based needs. You will therefore need to be experienced in presenting your company’s offering in a f2f / video call to a variety of individuals within a business’s hierarchy.
These positions will very much suit those looking for a pure business development position i.e. hunters not farmers.
The position offers genuine career progression with guaranteed salary increases year on year. The commission scheme is uncapped, transparent and simple to follow.
You will have direct guidance and mentorship by the best in the business and have the chance to be part of a positive, slick & fast-moving business.
Ideally you will have circa at least 2 years’ experience under your belt with figures to back up your salary expectations. You don’t need experience in exactly what they do but some experience speaking technically to decision makers is beneficial.
