Due to expansion the opportunity has arisen for Education Recruitment Consultants to join the UCM Education team. You will be based at the company's Central London Mayfair office. 

The successful Education Recruitment Consultant will be keen to join a growing company with a family ethos and eager to contribute to a results oriented fun environment.

We are looking for experienced Consultants as well as Consultants without previous Recruitment Experience as you will be given full training and support. However Consultants new to the industry will be able to demonstrate high achievement in a similar environment, preferably within sales.

You will be working 360 or full cycle Recruitment, working to find excellent candidates for existing schools and Nurseries that we work with, developing these relationships, whilst also working hard to create new relationships. 

In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive a basic of £20,000 - £35,000 per annum dependant on experience, a fantastic commission and reward structure (OTE 60K + uncapped), benefits such as private healthcare, pension and a generous holiday allowance. Additionally we can offer excellent opportunities and support for progression from Consultant to Management and beyond.
