Job Description:

Our Client are a highly reputable Information Technology Solutions Provider offering network management and help desk MSP services to business throughout the UK. Head Offices based in Central London, they are currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in a newly created role to support their expanding operations in the UK.


  • Provide prompt first touch contact with inbound enquiries
  • Qualify all sales leads,
  • Follow up with the channel sales team, post meeting.
  • Determine result of respective meeting and follow up appropriately to assist in the sales close
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to prospect queries
  • Communicate with the channel sales team and senior management 
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan as developed by the Global Head of Sales

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting
  • Be part of a dynamic team and be an ‘all-rounder’
