Are you an experienced Home Manager who holds a Registered Manager Award? (NVQ level 4 and 5) You will be highly personable, with experience in all or some of the following: Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities and acquired brain injury. You will also need to have a consistent job history.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team
- Overall operation of the service ensuring smooth operation
- Delivering of excellent person centered care and operational services
