An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join a highly successful, leading independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency in their Sutton Coldfield office. 

As the Lettings Manager, you will be focused on developing new business in the Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding area and managing the team to success. 

Lettings Manager duties will include: 

• Increase market share, whilst maintaining fee levels
• Generating new business leads in both proven and innovative methods
• Attending valuations  converting them into instructions
• Ensure smooth running of the branch, making sure that staff are providing first class customer service
• Providing coaching and guidance to staff
• Working towards team targets
• Grow the property portfolio
• Dealing with landlord, and tenant queries
• Attending viewings – where necessary
• Monitoring market trends and activity
• Keeping updated on relevant legislation requirements
• Client retention
• Reporting monthly figures to senior management

As Lettings Manager the ideal candidate must have the below attributes and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in lettings up to valuation level ideally
• Full UK Driving license
• Driven, focused, tenacious and hard working
• Have a proven track record within the property industry
• Have an unwavering passion for providing superb customer service
• Be smart and of professional appearance
• Be an excellent negotiator with a positive approach and determined attitude
