A very rare opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join what can only be described as a genuinely bustling Sales and Lettings Estate Agent. This undoubtedly market leading brand has a strong sales and lettings division who are dealing with on average 80 agreed sales / lets per month. My client is looking for a hard working,  ambitious Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator to complement the existing team.

The successful Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, not afraid of hard work, be commited to earning excellent money and driving the career forward to gain this incredible experience. 

The Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator will have similar experience either from a dual role or you will be experienced in either sales or lettings and be willing to learn. You will have gained a strong understanding of the sales or lettings process from initial viewing to sales completion / move in.

With this role the Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser or landlord and tenant, you will be booking viewings, generating market / rental appraisals, conducting viewings and negotiating the sale / let.

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent Sales or Lettings Negotiator experience is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven, ambitious and ultimately hard working
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
