About the company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a well-established, reputable Estate Agency based in Liverpool.

My client is looking for a high calibre Branch Manager to join them to manage and coach a team and drive listings in property sales and lettings within the Liverpool area. They are looking for a strong candidate who has the confidence to close business and who is very resilient. Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and busy estate agency at management level would be preferred. An industry related qualification such as NAEA or ARLA would also be an advantage.

You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be managing a team of experienced property professionals. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of negotiators and administrators
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Leading by example and driving the team forward
  • Recruiting and retaining staff
  • Providing training to both new and existing staff
  • Carrying out 1-2-1’s with the team
  • Motivating, coaching/developing staff
  • Liaising with the MD with regards to the business plan
  • Setting branch targets and ensuring they are met
  • Keeping up to date with and abiding by all current legislation in the industry
  • Continually review and monitor work performance of all team members against agreed KPI's
  • Liaising with vendors, landlords and buyers resolving any issues that arise

The candidate:

To be considered for this exciting role, you must have the following attributes:

  • Recent experience as an Estate Agency Branch Manager
  • Knowledge of the Liverpool market
  • Valuations experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible in your approach
  • Target-driven, self-motivated and highly organized
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
