Support Analyst

Annual Salary up to £18,000 + Benefits

My client is a growing technology company who are looking to strengthen their current Service Desk team with the addition of a Support Analyst. This role will cover support and training the organisations customers on their bespoke systems, along with general support.

What you will be doing:

  • Solving complex technical issues quickly
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Work towards SLA’s set
  • Solve an issues relating to the bespoke system ( training provided)

 

What skills you need:

  • A good technical understanding of Windows desktops
  • An understanding of networking
  • Recent experience working in an IT Support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
