Job Description:

Austin Vita are currently working with an exciting, and fast-growing medical device company who are in pursuit if a Customer Complaints Handler to join the QA Team on a 6-12 Month contract (REMOTE).

The role:

Due to changes in manufacturing processes, there is additional strain on the manufacturing and quality departments who now require an additional pair of hands to come in and handle circa 120 complaints per week. Once these have been taken, the candidate will be required to delegate (using their own prerogative and training) the complaints to the respective departments where appropriate and dependent on the varying risk levels.

The candidate:

– Demonstrable experience within customer complaints handling in a regulated environment

– Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971

– Working in a similar capacity within Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or IVDs
