A Global Medical Device leader are currently recruiting for a Design QA & Quality Systems Manager to join their team in their head quarters in Oxfordshire.

Reporting to the Quality Director, this role will lead and develop design and validation strategies for new and existing products and processes to ensure divisional goals are met. Leading and developing your team, you will oversee document control and training, validation, design and quality systems projects, with the ultimate aim of talent growth and functional organizational capability enhancement alongside delivery of departmental/function key performance indicators.

If you have experience in the following you can be considered for the position:

– Experience working as a Quality Manager
