We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a commercial property consultancy who work with investors, developers and occupiers in both the public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will lead a regional team of Facilities Managers in the strategic management of a designated portfolio of properties. You will represent the Property Management team in providing an exceptional FM service implementing all aspects of best practice in line with the companies’ values. You will coordinate the FM delivery of their assigned team ensuring full compliance, accurate record keeping and a proactive service provision.
From the outset, you will work on a portfolio of 10 – 20 buildings and have a proven track record in resolution of day to day FM issues and in building strong client relationships.
Service charge recovery experience is essential and you must have a minimum of 5 years’ in a facilities management role.
