Our client is looking for an experience and self-motivated individual to join their successful trimming and fitting team.

They are looking to bring in an individual who will be able to pass on their experience to their rest of the team. You will be given the following responsibilities:-

• Be the first point of contact for the trimming team for enquiries/feedback to and from other departments in the business

• Provide support and offer guidance to members of the team

• Trimming and Fitting of high quality composite components to tight tolerances and to deadlines

• Give feedback and question any areas that might need further consideration

• Identify Solutions to problems whilst ensuring minimum disruption to timescales

You will need the following skills and experience to be considered for this role:-

• Minimum of 5 years' experience trimming/fitting within Motorsport (Ideally F1)

• Experience trimming/fitting small composite assemblies

• Excellent knowledge of composites

• Organised, structured and methodical approach to work

• Ability to use experience and suggest alternatives to reach solutions

• Excellent communication skills are essential
