Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the delivery of the assigned portfolio of projects to scope, time, cost and

quality requirements, in compliance with Gattaca Projects processes and UK legal

requirements.

* Support the Heads of Function deliver the expected service and outcomes to its

clients

* Champion the Gattaca Projects Quality Management System

* Support the Gattaca Solutions Sales Team and promote Gattaca Projects and its

offerings

* Support the Gattaca Solutions Project Controls Team

* Develop the Gattaca Projects brand to support existing and future clients

* Determine and implement the optimal approach for organising and executing

projects, including the agreed tailoring of processes and Management Plans.

* Ensure the scope, change and the work breakdown of each project is identified and

managed.

* Ensure the schedule of each project is created and maintained.

* Ensure all milestones are known and achieved.

* Ensure each project has a comprehensive resource requirement to budgetary

targets.

* Ensure personnel undertaking project activities meet the requirement to be Suitably

Qualified and Experienced Persons and provide appropriate management and

leadership.

* Ensure hardware, software and data transfer needs for each project are known and

met.

* Ensure required processes are identified, recorded and distributed.

* Understand the standards and clients expectations for each project is understood.

* Ensure spend and invoicing for each project is performed in a timely manner.

* Ensure forecasting and reporting of each projects' cost and schedule performance is

performed, assessed, refined and reported to Senior Management.

* Ensure risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, exclusions, opportunities and

constraints are identified, recorded and managed.

* Ensure opportunities to implement continuous improvement models (Six Sigma,

PDCA, Gemba Walks, Kaizen, 5 Why's, 3M's, etc.) in executed.

* Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health,

security and quality and be a great team player.
