We require a talented cook to match the food with the surroundings.

Cooking very local, quality flavoursome food. Interesting, simple cooking and simply presented showcasing the products. Whether it is a burger, an elaborate terrine, a sandwich for afternoon tea or perhaps one of your signature main courses, it needs to be top drawer. 

This position would welcome candidates from experienced Head chefs or

Driven Sous chefs that are wanting their first kitchen.  

Requirements

-Ability to manage a team, lead by example. 

-People person, approachable, taskmaster. 

-Presentable, professional and hospitable.

-Quality background and stable career progression.

-Wanting and capable, to manage the business
