We are working with one of our favourite disability charities to find them a Data and Supporter Experience Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the CRM, overseeing individual giving and supporter care activity. You will lead a team of two to deliver the day to day activity across supporter care and individual giving however you will need to have an appreciation and experience of working closely with teams delivering these activities.

This organisation had fantastic flexibility pre-COVID and have only increased this, they are also in a stable financial position and the leadership team is great.

You will have:

• Strong data management experience, with the ability to build queries and reports and manipulate data sets
• The ability to work collaboratively with other teams internally, good gravitas
• Line management experience, they are open to someone who has only managed one person previously but some management experience is required
• Experience of working with Raiser’s Edge – this is essential

Salary; £34,000 - £39,000
