My client, based in Fareham are a looking for an experienced Project Manager who has championing reliable, cost-effective solutions with determination and pace.

We are looking for candidates from a solid engineering environment with experience in project management systems. You will be responsible for the preparation of project plans, resource requirements and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to cost constraints. You will be involved in the management of a mix of multi-project portfolios ranging from short duration express projects (1- 3 months) to more complex longer duration engineering projects (1-9 months). The nature of projects will vary greatly and involve electromechanical design, electronic hardware, integration and innovation based around computing solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience successfully managing and implementing multiple concurrent projects or varying complexities to time and budget.
• Ability to ensure completion of project deliverables to the required timescale and budget.
• Competent in using MS Project and MS Office products.
• Liaise with a range of key stake holders to ensure effective project delivery and to deliver clear communication on project progress and risks
• Create and deliver project work plans, identify resources and assign responsibilities and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Provide financial reporting for the project including forecasting requirements.
• Graduate in engineering related subject or qualified by experience.
