This position will see you join my clients Backup & Storage Technical Support Team.
You will join a team of passionate techy trouble-shooters who love to take on tough technical challenges, share knowledge with peers and go above beyond for their customers.
You will face different challenges on a daily basis and have no technical ceiling as you will own technical cases from their escalation to you to potentially working with their development team on finding possible solutions.
