Registered Manager Role - Bicester
40 hours per week
£32,000 Per Annum Salary
. To lead and manage within company policies, procedures and being responsible for the day to day activities of the agency with the support of the Deputy Manager.
. Ensuring the company is CQC compliant and the grading is maintained so the office is fully prepared for inspections at any given time.
. To build professional lasting relationships and to promote the agency at external events. Also you will be working closely with the Directors of the company with identifying growth and maximising income.
. Manage, recruit and support staff and ensuring they have all necessary training for their roles. Maintain a positive and caring work environment.
. Making sure clients have care appropriate to their needs and maintain high standards of care and service.
. Actively participate with the out of hours On-Call service.
. Capable of providing confident and strong leadership whilst being self-motivated, organised and flexible

Applicants must be suitably qualified to fulfil CQC requirements to become a Registered Manager; Hold a level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership & Management; Level 4 Registered Managers award and other acceptable qualifications or relevant experience. . An enhanced DBS check will also be required.
. Applicants must be fluent in oral and written English and be computer literate.
. Must be eligible to work in the UK
