The role of a Performance & Delivery Manager is to motivate and support their teams to achieve high performance levels, achieve expected Customer Service Standards/compliance in line with contractual requirements and oversee day-to-day performance.

Ultimately, they will support the Head of Delivery in the smooth running of the operation of the Work and Health Lite Programme

This role is home based with the requirement to work from an office as needed (Greater Manchester region) In brief you will Lead, develop, motivate, manage and retain quality staff who are capable of ensuring the delivery of contracted services

Manage the complexities of a mobile and remote workforce; maintaining close working and managerial support in delivering a range of participant services and solutions Managing individuals’ performance through the use of the Performance Management Framework ensuring that Employment Coaches, Personal Support Teams and other staff are exceeding their minimum performance targets Provide the Head of Delivery with regular reporting of performance in accordance with requirements

Deliver the budgeted financial performance of their teams through effective operational and financial management.

The Programme

This role is part of our new Work and Health Programme Lite contract. This contract is designed to help our Greater Manchester residents who have been unemployed and in receipt of benefits for at least 13 weeks, to find sustained work. We work with a range of people throughout including employment specialists and local community organisations to create a support package to help our participants find the right job.
