* 8+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering especially in domain of E-powertrain components.
* Should be hands-on on NX skills, Additional skills in CATIA will be advantage.
* Knowledge of E-powertrain components such as E-motors, gear mechanisms and various types of drives.
* Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly of E-powertrain components.
* Experience in design of thermal management of the system is MUST. Should have worked on designing of enclosures, heat dissipation components and packaging of the same.
* Experience in co-ordination with offshore team.
* Strong English language. Italian language ability is definite an advantage.
