My client is now looking to recruit a proven, hands on Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager take the operational reins of the business and help drive it to further success.

This is the role for an experienced Estate Agent Valuer / Manager who is passionate about winning new business, implementing new ideas for growth, leaving no stone unturned. Someone who doesn't want to be sat behind a desk crunching numbers all day but wants to be a pivotal cog in business growth. Someone who wants to develop, nurture and lead a team to success across both sales and lettings. 

The successful Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager will have experience in a similar role within the local area, have strong sales and lettings knowledge and will ideally have in depth local knowledge and experience of how the market is performing alongside excellent man management skills, training, mentorship and the ability to gain the best from your team.

The Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager will be an instrumental appointment and as such a natural drive, passion and self starter attitude is needed coupled the ability to think outside of the box and generate new, innovative ideas to build business.

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the day to day business, generating new business, be a hands on lister and will be managing and mentoring the team.

• An experienced Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager of at least 2 years or an experienced Lister / Manager 
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
