My client manufacture savory snacks. They have a full order book and are expanding into more independent shops and supermarkets. Right now they are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer from an fmcg background who can come in and hit the ground running. As well as this, you will need to have a pro-active think on your feet attitude who can use initiative, often you will be working on your own to will need to take ownership and feel comfortable in this type of environment. They have conveyors, TNA bagging machines, Ishida Weighers, ovens and much more.

Experience Required

• At least three years working as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer within an fmcg environment
• Electrically qualified- BTEC/NVQ/C&G or equivalent
• Must have experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a fast-paced
• Experience with TNA baggers, Ishida Weighers, ovens, conveyors, flowrappers is advantageous manufacturing environment (fmcg) food experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Proactive attitude – they are looking for somebody who can take ownership of the situation and calm under pressure
