Great opportuniety for a senior Estates Manager/Consultant who has worked at a strategic level to join a large national marine organisation for a 6 month contract.

You will be looking at the initial stages of a change programme, working closley with the estates team (16) to implement a long term stratergy for the organisations multiple estates, consisting of around 411 buildings. Experience of outsourcing the estates/facilities management function would be bennificial for the role. It has been identified that the current facilities management contract may not be fit for purpose, the role will therefore see the consultant in post analyse the different options available and identify a new more efficient and effective model.

We are looking for a consultant who can look at this from a pragmatic approuch and has the ability to analyse the current business and programmes advising on a change programme accordingly.The role will be a contractor day rate.
