IT Support Technician  – Experience Needed

• Have a broad understanding of 2^nd line Support
• Technical experience to include; Sharepoint, Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory Avaya Telephony system
• Demonstrate a logical approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to different IT systems and processes.
• Common Sense approach
• Demonstrate an attention to detail
