Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced employment advisor who will support, mentor and encourage unemployed individuals to gain employment.

You will engage with job seekers who may have various barriers to employment, or they could simply be struggling to find work due to Covid-19 affecting their job prospects.  You will mentor each job seeker to ensure they have access to employability training and you will enhance their skills which are needed to compete in a highly competitive labour market

You will have the drive and passion to help others, you will either have welfare to work experience or you will have worked in a supportive role which helps adults to grow and develop.  You will deliver one-to-one and group sessions and you will complete SMART action plans with all job seekers.  You will be experienced working to KPI’s and targets and be prepared to go the extra mile.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
