We are recruiting for a proactive employer engagement / recruitment executive who will be responsible for engaging with employers across the Greater Manchester region to identify new job opportunities for unemployed individuals.

You will have previous employer engagement / recruitment / B2B sales experience and be proactive in engaging with both existing and new employers to identify new vacancies.  You will have a proven track record in identifying new opportunities and account management of existing clients.

Delivering a full 360 recruitment service, you will engage with interested applicants and shortlist prior to submitting to any live job vacancies.  You will have a proactive approach to your role, not only engaging with businesses, you will work closely with key workers to promote your live opportunities to their candidate base.

You will ideally be a car driver with access to your own vehicle as this role will involve visiting businesses across the region.
