An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for a 9 month fixed term contract.

About the Role

Reporting into the Head of L&D, this is a role covering a broad range of training across the business both locally and internationally. Duties include:

• Design & delivery of professional skills programmes globally
• Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
• Managing sessions and workshops
• Working with speakers and external suppliers
• Developing webinars that are creative
• Coaching and mentoring
• CPD
• Projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of delivery. Experience of working internationally and with an LMS is also preferred.
