About the role
The role is set in a bright and modern office, located in central Manchester. As an Estate agent within this successful team, you will be responsible for selling a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service.
As an Estate Agent, you will work to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange viewings and valuations, whist upselling a range of additional services on offer to their clients. You will deal with the offer stage, negotiating price and dealing with all relevant parties through to completion. You will also be involved throughout the marketing process, taking on sales progression and administrative duties. This is a varied and busy role where you will be challenged every day, and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company.
Results area rewarded highly here, with commission often adding an extra £10k onto your basic salary, and genuine career progression will also be available to top performers!
