Position: Internal Recruiter

Location: Sale

Package: £25k Basic + Commission - £30k OTE

The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a leading Estate Agency brand within their Sale Head office. My clients are growing quickly and as such are looking for an internal Recruiter with recruitment and ideally some Estate Agency experience. The successful candidate has to be well presented, confident and have the ability to source and fill Estate Agency roles. You will be required to headhunt candidates through job boards and Linkedin, upload and place adverts, as well as review cv’s and coordinate interviews on behalf of managers. This is an exciting role for somebody who is proactive and is keen to be part of a growing company.

Requirements:

• Excellent time management.
• Good telephone manner.
• Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
• IT Literate with a knowledge of MS Office packages
• Experience within a fast paced recruitment environment
• Ability to deal with a high volume of recruitment volume
